Meet Your Instructor: Felix
Leading the class is Felix, our in-house instructor with a rich background in ground-based self-defense techniques and law enforcement control tactics. Felix brings years of real-world experience into the classroom, helping students understand the how, why, and when of self-defense in a way that’s both accessible and empowering.
Rather than relying on brute strength, Felix teaches students how to use leverage, positioning, and presence of mind to neutralize threats or escape dangerous situations. His approach is grounded in reality and focused on effectiveness—exactly what you want when seconds count.

What to Bring to Class
We keep our sessions dynamic and interactive, so please come prepared to move. Here’s what you’ll need:
