legal requirements.
During the firearm transfers process, Main Line Armory will actively monitor and ensure that each sale adheres to legal requirements. We will deny a sale to anyone we suspect is attempting a straw purchase, that is, purchasing a firearm on behalf of someone who is prohibited from owning one.
Throughout the transfer process, we are vigilant in ensuring all sales adhere to existing legal requirements. We will deny any sale suspected to be a straw purchase, i.e., purchasing a firearm on behalf of someone who is prohibited from owning one.
Disclaimer: Background Check Delays and Denials
In the event of a delay during the background check, Main Line Armory will retain possession of the firearm(s) until clearance is received. If a denial occurs, the firearm will need to be transferred back to the seller at a cost of $50.00. If both a delay and a denial occur, the firearm is forfeit.
We are committed to upholding the integrity of the firearm transfers process and fostering responsible gun ownership. We aim to provide a safe environment for our customers and the broader community by strictly adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
