The Intermediate Red Dot course is designed for shooters who have completed our Intro to Red Dot class or have equivalent foundational experience. This course takes your red dot pistol skills to the next level, emphasizing speed, precision, and adaptability in dynamic shooting environments.

In this hands-on course, you will:

  • Enhance your target acquisition skills, learning to efficiently transition between multiple targets at varied distances.
  • Improve your shooting from various positions, including standing, kneeling, and unconventional stances that simulate real-world defensive scenarios.
  • Develop techniques for rapid follow-up shots, maintaining accuracy while increasing shooting speed.
  • Refine your presentation and draw stroke, ensuring consistent dot acquisition from the holster under timed pressure.
  • Work through positional drills and movement exercises, reinforcing your ability to maintain sight alignment and control while on the move or changing positions.

This course includes both dry-fire and live-fire components, with a strong emphasis on safety, skill building, and practical application. Our instructors will provide individualized feedback to help you fine-tune your technique and build the confidence needed to excel with your red dot sight in real-world situations.

– Eye and ear protection

Suggested items:
– Outside the waistband holster for firearm and extra magazines
